Be under 45 years of age at the time of invitation
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect
Have an occupation on the relevant State/Territory Skilled Occupation List
Obtain a suitable skills assessment for the nominated occupation
Score at least 65 points on the migration points test
Meet English language proficiency requirements (usually IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
Satisfy character and health requirements

- Visa Outcome: After health and character checks, the Department will grant or refuse your visa.
